How to Enable Root Access in Lineage OS
#1. Unlock your device, if it’s locked 😛
#2. Now navigate to the settings menu in your Lineage OS based smartphone.
#3. Scroll down at the end of the settings menu, you will find About Phone option, just tap on it.
#4. To enable the developer option and make sure that it works, press 4-5 times on Build Number.
#5. Once you do it, get back to the settings menu and tap on developer options and slide it to ON mode.
#6. Now get down the menu and tap on Root Access to enable root for Apps and ADB.
So this is it! Your device is now enabled for root access in Lineage OS.
